I am a born-and-bred Darwininan, and this is my 2nd year on the AF committee as Events Coordinator.
After 10 years of living/studying/working on the Gold Coast, France, Spain, and USA, I have now resettled back in Darwin with my husband.
My work life is quite varied: I work in my family's property-management and commercial real estate business.
I work as an Italian, French, and Spanish interpreter/translator; as well as an Adult Guardianship Community Panel Member
.

Sharon Parsonson - Class Coordinator - class_coordinator@afdarwin.org

Veronique Spencer - Committee Member - veroniquedevaulx@hotmail.com

I was born in Morocco where I started growing up and then moved  to South Africa. I then finished high school in France and then moved to Sydney Australia
for university (although travelling the country was far more exciting then!) and started work as a casual French Interpreter for the French Trade Office in Sydney,
I travelled extensively then moved back to France, (had a Apple computer centre business),  the Arab Emirates, and France again
(where I had an Australian store promoting Australia to the French! and was known as the annex to the australian embassy!) that allowed me to move back to Australia.
Darwin since 2000, as I got into Aboriginal art and didgeridoos. Since, I became a gemmologist via Perth. But my main day work in Darwin is personal fitness trainer, dietician, and Interpreter.
I am happy to give some of my time to the Alliance Francaise de Darwin as I love France and am happy to help promote the country and French culture..
